Elliptical machine and tread mill both are great equipment for cardio vascular exercises. But, there is a question that always knocks me on my head that, which one is the best for us?
Recently I read a brief article on the differences between treadmills and ellipticals. The author wrote a great guide with thousands of words. But, he just made me more confused about the topic.
So, can you guys tell me which the best in your opinion and why?
